Our one-hour intro class covers all the basics of bouldering, including a foundation in movement, basic bouldering terminology and a few tips and tricks to help get you started. The following topics are covered in our lesson: warm-up and stretching practice, proper fall techniques, basic movement, introductory hand and foot techniques.
